Hi! I'm Sarabeth "Sarabee" Parido. My family lives on a beautiful farm in Central Kentucky. We have a flock of assorted breeds of sheep giving us a wide variety of fibers!I spin, knit, crochet and dye with our wool. and love to draw and design!
I learned to knit when I was 8 when a babysitter took the time to let me "learn" with what she was knitting (likely ruining it). I fell in love with knitting all over again after college and began teaching others to knit as well. When we moved to my husband's hometown, I opened my Etsy store and a brick and mortar shop soon followed. After a few years, I wanted to branch out more on our farm and raise my own fiber animals. We bought our first sheep and I became a shepherd. We started with 9 sheep and now have over 40. We have a variety of breeds, Babydoll Southdown, Shetlands and some crosses of Ramboulliet and Longwool sheep as well. This gives me a wide variety of sheep to love and fibers to play with!
I also love to design and have been enjoying digital drawing and making stickers and other printed items.
I hoard craft supplies and am always willing to start a new project.
